This full restored beauty is cleaned inside and out. I deemed it best to replace all the old capacitors (foil, wax and paper which was cutting edge technology in the 60's) with brand new ones. This gives the radio a "brand new" sound. As it has been completely restored. It can easily handle everyday use in fact it would be better for the radio if it were used alot.  The light bulbs behind the scale glass have also been replaced with bright new ones (more precaution then necessity), giving the radio the visual ambiance from the golden glow of the scale glass to go along with that warm tube sound.  All tubes were tested and the weak ones were replaced. All the contact points has been cleaned. The radio has also passed my "24 hour test" on both 110 and 220 volts with flying colors. The inserted turn table provides 4 different speeds (16 - 33 - 45 - 78) and it is working excellent. You'll get a second needle as a spare part with this nice combo. Condition: Mint. Radio and turn table are in excellent working order. And then there is that fat tube driven sound that is missing from the modern solid-state circuitry of today. These tube radios have soul. The tubes also provide a presence at a lower volume setting which will be another thing you'll notice. Reception on all bands is unsurpassed with great clarity in the FM frequency but also in short wave frequency and AM provided by built in antennas.   The nut tree veneer case is in wonderful shiny condition with light wear from years and gentle use, no demage. The original intact grill cloth is in excellent condition. Please check pics. As you can see in the pic of the back, the radio is incredibly versatile and can have accessories plugged in through the phono/ Tape  input located in the back (Cd player, Mp 3 player or I-Pod). It also features external speaker capability. If you have any more questions feel free to e-mail me.
