This one thought smaller!  I've collected antique dollhouse radios for years and found that I can make a more detailed miniature radio for the collectors. Well, I couldn't stop there. Noticing the architectual features in old radio cabinets I started seeing miniature buildings! So, combining 25 years of antique radio experience with my artistic abilities I've started building shops! Here's one I hope you'll enjoy. I've had several requests to build a TV shop so... Built in a 1939 Motorola farm radio cabinet is "Moe Tarolla's Vintage Television Sales and Service"(pun intended!). This shop specializes in the repair and restoration of those great old tube TVs of yesteryear. In stock are three Zenith "portholes-two 12"(one a rare bakelite table set) and an 18". There is a 15" Philco Predicta on a stand, several table top models from RCA, Stromberg Carlson, Emerson, and Admiral. A late 1940's RCA console and the owners favorite, a Jennings scanning disc mechanical television with matching receiver. A few vintage adds decorate the walls. The service bench has all the instruments the technician will need, a full stock of repair manuals and a few NOS picture tubes. On the bench is a chassis in progress with his hand tools and soldering gun. Behind his bench are shelves of tubes and parts.The front counter has the owners laptop computor and a neat old RCA tube advertising counter pad. The shop is lit by a 12 volt chandelier with on/off switch on the power cord(transformer included). With the exception of the lighting and the chair everything is scratch built by the artist out of wood, paper and plastic..
