There is the original 2 decals on it.The swivel ball is also original.. it has not been repainted. there are pits in the paint. Looks like decals on it ?There are a few very slight creases or dents in a couple of the panels. Light visible rust but the paint isn't as smooth as it would originally have been. It is very solid. . I have had very good results in the past having these horns painted by an auto body specialist.But it is up to you it is not that bad that it would have to be .some people like the original . .
