It is being sold as is. The dinner plates are 10 1/2" across and the candlesticks are 3 1/2" tall. The square plate with the hole in it has a handle that goes with it, which I am including although it is not shown. Also included is a 4 1/4" tall compote and a 14" x 5 1/2" divided tray with handles, both of which are not pictured! I am quite certain this set is chrome.
