This cobalt blue model was the creation of industrial designer Walter Dorwin Teague, and incorporated the streamlined effects of curved sled rails on the front that trailed out below chromed fins in the rear that give the illusion of speed lines. This example is in Excellent original condition, and still shows remnants of the original opaline finish over the black lacquered cabinet. The chrome fins exhibit little to no pitting, and the three glass panels have very minor silvering loss. The top of the radio displays typical surface scratches.
