Both items have bakelite panels and paper lid labels.   The Amplifier is missing 3 of the 4 pegs on the bottom. the receiver is missing 2 of the 4. The receiver is also missing the latch that holds the lid closed and one curl nut for the antenna.    On the bottom of the Amplifier there is a label that reads  "  RCA Licensed only for the Amature, Expermental and Entertainment use and only to the extent indicated ".    It has two of the orginal tube  WD-11, the other one looks like it has been modified some time in the past so the unit would work, there is no label on this tube. The tubes come in their orginal boxes and packing with all labels still attached. On both boxes for the tubes there are Patented dates, with the latest being FEB 18, 1919. On the boxes someone wrote 4/10/69 OK 2ea, on the other box Bad 4/10/69 1ea., also on both boxes good is wrote across them. I don't know what this means, as I don't have any way of testing the tubes.   It also has a set of earphones that are orginal. On back of the earpieces it reads, " G. Brandes, Inc. New York, N.Y.  Superior   Pat. Pend.   Made in USA.  There is some damage to the strapes that fits over the head, one is tore thur, and part of the other one.
