The phone is just the base and I have no receiver and the base is missing the cover . The dial is porcelain and the numbers is in good condition but does not turn smoothly only turns part of the way. The dial is marked Western Electric made in USA and on the base it is marked 1-37. The back of the phone is marked D-1 U.S.A. all the parts looks compete in the base. The phone need a good cleaning and has some missing paint and would be good to restore or for parts . The phone has no breaks ,cracks dents. I will ship domestic packages, Priority--Parcel Post--First Class (if weight is under 13 oz.) and Media Mail (if the item qualifies). I use online shipping for tracking purposes and it is convenient because I live in a rural area and it allows me to ship the items quicker. Priority includes delivery confirmation for free, but all other choices will include 18c for delivery confirmation. International options are limited with online shipping, so international bidders should ask for rates before bidding and must include a telephone number before the item can be shipped. The new  options that will be used are Priority Mail International which will offer a flat rate box for $23.95 to Canada and Mexico & $38.95 to all other countries--- and a Large flat rate box to Canada & Mexico for $29.95 and $49.95 to all other countries, these can be used for items that weigh up to 20 pounds that will fit into the box( the boxes are not very big). All other Priority Mail International packages will be based on weight and rates to the buyer's address. A Flat Rate envelope to Canada and Mexico will be $9.95, all other countries will be $11.95.This option will be available online and will allow me to get your item shipped faster.There is also a small discount for purchasing the postage on line and it will be passed on to the buyer. First Class International will be available for items under 4 pounds but is not available online. If you choose this option it will require a trip to the Post Office and I do not go to the Post Office every day due to the high gas prices and the distance that Ilive from town.I usually go on Thursday afternoon. I only charge USPS rates, no shipping or handling fees and I try to give the buyer the best and cheapest options for their package size. Flat Rate envelopes and boxes will be used when it makes it cheaper for heavy items that will fit into the box. I try to package very securely, insurance is optional but I cannot be responsible for uninsured items and insurance will be required on items $50.00 and over. I will not ship without delivery confirmation, it is the only way I have to prove that I shipped the item, First Class International will only be used on items under $25.00, and delivery confirmation cannot be added. UPS will also be on the shipped once a week. If you have any special requests or suggestions for shipping of your otem please let me know , fragile or breakable items are individually wrapped and usually double boxed. it makes the weight heavier but is safer for the items being shipped. I use Auctiva as a listing service and the invoice that it sends puts the priority at the top  of the list and usually adds in insurance but you will always have more than one option unless it is just as cheap to use Priority for light weight items and you will be nable to remove the insurance price if it is checked as optional.  In order to protect myself from unfair practices due to Ebays new feedback policies, which are putting the burden on the seller, I will not be leaving feedback until I know that you are satisfied with your item. The buyer does not get feedback for just purchasing the item , they have certain obligations also. I have never left a retaliatory feedback and do not want it done to me. Almost all of my items are bought at auctions and estate sales and have not been in my possession for a long period of time, so I do not know if there were pets involved with the item or not. I can not refund money just because you changed your mind or did not insure the package, I try to package very securely but I can not be responsible for the USPS. Insurance is optional on items under $50.00 but insurance is required on Items $50.00 and over. If an item is damaged in shipping , in order to collect on the insurance, you must save all of the packing materials and the box. If I am responsible for any misleaging information, or you have a problem I must be notified as soon as you receive the item, and the item will have to be returned to me in the same condition as when it was sent. I refunded money to a buyer who took 3 weeks to pay and then waited 2 weeked after receiving the item to tell me that one broken--- I think that this was beyond reasonable and it will not become standard practice, There has to be a time limit -- mwithin 7 days of receiving the package. D elivery confirmation will be aded to every package and the number will be available if there is any question in the shipping time . Since I am using online shipping, it will show you on your ebay page when the label is printed , the package will be in the Postal Services hands that day or the next morning depending on the time of day payment is received(before or after the mail carrier has come). International buyers must furnish a phone number if they are using a Post Office Box before item can be shipped.
