 The item you are bidding on is an authentic piece of American history. It is a WORKING 1940's Land to Sea radio with Police band, Standard Band and Shortwave.When it was made it had the capability of hearing what the ships out to sea were saying, and inside the dial is listed countries of operation, included is Spain, Australia, Germany, England. There is a slight water stain on the top of it. My Grandfather bought it new and it has passed down from generation to generation. It stands 42 inches tall, 27 inches wide and 14 inches deep.
