Beolit 700 is now a very sought after design icon, made between 1974 and 1975. Bands are FM - MW - LW with AFC control on FM receptions. It works on 5 each D cells and does also have a built in mains suppy for 220V. Output for external speaker and input for record/phone. Frequence range 65 - 20.00 Hz, 1 watt output, exceptional for a portable radio at that time. As a former radiomechanic I have cleaned and serviced the radio as needed. Though this radio is more than 30 years old and being a portable radio it shows hardly no sign of wear. Scale and push buttons are excellent, end covers too. The handle is only showing minor sign of wear, script is perfectly clear. Electrical wiring diagram still in place in a little envelope on the cover. Good straight arial. Clean battery compartment. Beautiful stylish black covers makes this a stunning looking radio. Properly working condition with fantastic sound quality for a portable radio.
