This information is engraved on bottom rim. Marked with D inside circle and around the circle maker name--Biggins-Rodgers Co. Wallingford, CT. Tray is 20” wide from handle to handle, 16 ¾” diameter at the silver plated rim. The mirrored bottom is 16” diameter. The edge of mirror is beveled--fancy scallop--see photo. The bottom rim has feet to hold it off the surface. The rim is 1 ½” high. Fancy open work sides and handle are attached to the bottom plate at multiple locations. One of the spots has broken free at one handle--see photo. Tray weighs 7lbs, but due to the elaborate design it seems to float. Condition: The mirror is spotted--see photo--found no chips or cracks.
