It came from a HINGED LID TABLE TOP model. SERIAL NUMBER 07845 is stamped on the nickel plated steel plate that the motor is mounted on. It might fit other COLUMBIA  machines of the same era.    This is a basically solid original  CASE. It has nice original finish inside. The original finish in the outside is aged, and there is some loose veneer on the edge and a corner of the thin top board. The 2 shutters on the speaker grille have some missing wood on the right hand ends where they chipped free from the internal metal pins that hold them . The  hardware that these shuuters mount on is still intact, and they look repairable. The iron horn throat, the wooden speaker horn, and the wood bottom panel, are all included in this case.    I have listed the case, and various other parts from this machine seperately on ebay    If you have a nicely running table top COLUMBIA GRAFONOLA with a case that is in poor condition,  here you are.    I am parting out this entire machine....please check my other auctions to see the other parts that I have listed.    This case measures about 18 1/4 inches wide by 21 1/2 inches deep on its base, and about 8 3/4  inches high.    USA buyers to pay Actual  Postage, based on boxed shipping weight of about 25 pounds.  Postage will range form about $20 to $40,  depending on how far you are from Maine, and whether you want it shipped Parcel Post , UPS , or Priority Mail.  I can combine shipping of several items to save you on postage.  Insurance is optional at actual cost.
