Hand Carved IVORY POPE and "Stations of the Cross". Hard to get "Triptych". This hand carved Ivory piece was probably made in France by a fantastic artist, unfortunate the name is unknown. This carvings are very hard to get these days, especially in this condition. Hand Carved Ivory Saint or Bishop or Pope. When opened it displays "The Stations of the Cross". This hand tooled figurine was purchased in Europe, about 80+ years ago. Has resided in a wonderful collection in New York City ever since. It is 13 1/4" tall and weighs 4+ pounds. When the lower section of the figurine is opened the "Stations of the Cross" display measures 7" across !!! DIMENSIONS: 13 1/4" tall 7" across when open and weighs 4+ pounds. .
