Small piece chipped off front lower base.  Back mount and elbow for horn has fair nickel with nickel loss to tone arm.  2 small extra holes in rear by back mount suggest it may have been front mount machine case converted to rear mount at factory? (holes look unused)  Horn in great original shape with no nickel loss,unpolished.  3 spring motor winds and plays.
