It may have been produced and sold by a "local" company. The title is "Lanciers with Figures Called" by "Issler's Popular Orchestra," who were wildly popular in the 1890s, recording for the North American Phonograph Company as well as many local companies. It likely dates to 1894 or earlier. The color is dark chocolate brown, with some light surface mold as seen in the photos.
