I acquired this piece from an architectural firm who received it as a sample for a church they were designing several years ago. It is a window sample and fairly heavy, consisting of 2 pieces of fused glass totaling 3/8" thick. The piece measures 12" tall x 9" wide. It is not signed, but as a sample, certainly a unique piece.
