There are no chips or cracks and very minimal scratching/scuffs as the photos show. There is a radio hum when tubes get warmed up.  When  turned  on to see it it worked, the stations didn't come in that clear, however, when brought over by the window the stations came in loud & clear.  Dial light does not work, apparently bulb is burned out. We removed the backing as far as it would go without pulling antenna wires out. Some dust back there that we will leave up to the new owner to remove if they wish. Handle moves up and down freely and is firmly attached. Dial is clear and not scratched. Still retains gold FADA Radio Model 1000 label. Insurance is optional but recommended.
