Restored Nice Collector Quality with Shortwave Powerful! Made in 1934, this radio is one of the High end models they sold. The Cabinet has deep rich wood graining and exquisite color tones that will be a highlite of any decor. The Cabinet has been fully restored keeping with the original colors and has been reglased using fine laquer. No loose joints or veneer. The chassis was restored to original specs using all new high quality capacitors. All tubes were tested over 100 % . Has 6 tubes including RF for extra range. Tube numbers are - 42, 80, 6D6, 75, 6A7, 6D6. All IF and RF and mixer coils were fully aligned to factory specs for high quality performance just like it was in 1934. The very powerfull tuning range covers AM and 2 Shortwave bands up to 20 MC for all the popular world wide broadcasts such as Radio Sweden, Germany, France, Isreal, Egypt, Russia and more with exceptional audio. Has smooth 2 speed tuning knobs and a second tuning scale just below the main scale that allows for more precise tuning. The tuning scales light up brightly. The dial light bulbs are new. All controls were lubricated and operate as new. The power cord is new reproduction cloth braided with original plug.
