The cells are filled with enamel to give floral forms and dimension. This bell has a thin enameling that allows the base metal to show through. A high quality bell purchased by Author in Peking 39 years ago. About 2 1/4 inches tall.     I have been an active bell collector for 37 years since I attended my first national Bell Convention in 1971.
