It is by Frank Luther which I know nothing about, but you be the judge. This record player is in good working condition in that the electronics have been rebuilt. It plays childrens 78 RPM records or any 78 rpm record for that matter. Overall the paint is in good condition for something of this age, but there are areas where the paint is missing and some light rust. It has a Little Bo Peep theme with a swan in flight with a witch riding on it, an alarm clock, a rabbit, humpty dumpty, rocking horse and others.
