METAL POSTER' Description EARTH AND SOUL   You are bidding on a   COLLECTABLE METAL POSTER   "HIS MASTER'S VOICE" NIPPER AT THE GRAMOPHONE   MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN 38 x 29cm   This beautiful, nostalgic artwork presented as a metal sign will bring back many happy memories of the 'good old days'.  It is a famous scene; Nipper, the inquisitive little dog, listening to the gramophone.  This is an original design produced by "Find the Three Daughters Ltd.", London.   It is excellent quality, the edges are folded (not sharp) and the design is embossed to accentuate the picture and the text.  There is also a snippet of history finely printed on the back of the sign: "Nipper, the world famous trademark, was used by R.C.A. Victor in the USA, H.M.V. in Gt. Britain (and Empire) and Electrola in Germany."  "Francis Barraud was the artist who painted 'His Masters Voice' and produced at least 30 versions of this famous picture including the original that featured a cyclinder machine."
