It dates from 1930/1931 and it's the last version with the chromed fittings. It works and plays steady all through a 10' record. Motor runs nice 'n quiet, just as it should. Soundbox has a beautiful sound!  Rexine has damage on the top and  left front corner. Original carrying strap is there but brittle. Just a good HMV portable. Please see the pictures.
