Part of a collection of previously unplayed Blue Amberol cylinders which have recently been uncovered, new old unsold stock from the Edison distributor in Edmonton, C. E. Gourlay. Well-rounded, clean and glossy, plays loud and clear Excellent. No chips or cracks; no plaster missing. Box with lid. From December, 1919 Edison Blue Amberol Record supplement, quoted in Edison Blue Amberol Recordings 1915-1929 by Ronald Dethlefson: "Byron G. Harlan is acknowledged to be one of the foremost deliniators of rube character parts. This song sketches "Mister" Reuben Lee, from Kankakee, just back from "Gay Paree".
