This has a maker's stamp on the reverse which we are not familiar with, and no country of origin marked, although we were told this came from Turkey. It has a nice patina of age to the finish, and is in very nice condition.   Shipping and handling is $23.99 in the lower 48 states, prepaid, includes insurance.
