This is indeed a rare find. It is a cast metal, but I'm not sure what. It has a copper look to it, but it appears that was just a finish ! It is 3-5/8" tall. It is in great condition, but it does have a small hole on one side(see photo) Also there is like a pinhole in the lower front, hard to find. The base or bowl has four little legs, and is marked Vantines 1008. The research I've done shows it was made in France. I will ship this item to you immediately upon receipt of payment.
