The piece is in very good condition, with light usage marks and a light inscription . The BASKET measures 4.5” high and is 4” by 3”, weighs 4.0oz. and is marked with "STERLING CARTIER HANDMADE" on the base and has a small provenance inscription on the band . We estimate it is an early piece made around 1950. The BASKET has been lightly polished and is bright and shiny. I have included an image compared to a regular-sized trinket basket of which I have one also for sale.
