Three ribbon bars and “US” and Signal collar discs. (2) Tunic as above – no insignia. (3) Officer’s four-pocket tunic. Western Pacific shoulder “patch”, service bars, one Major’s leaf 3 – ribbon bar and “U.S.” and R.O.T.C. collar insignia. Named to “HAYNES” and dated “10/24/40”. (4) Tech Sergeant “Ike” jacket. Pacific and 6th Army “patches”, chevrons, service bars, U.S./engineer collar discs and four ribbon bars (G.C., Victory, Pacific with four Stars and Philippine with Star).
