You are bidding on an absolutely beautiful Philco radio, model # 58C, built in 1934. This wonderful little gem works perfectly. The light still illuminates when you turn the knob. I tried to photograph it but the flash kept the light dim. I am able to get three channels perfectly clear, yet with a little static, to be expected given the age of this radio. Other channels I could not get which was a reception issue, not the radio. A cherished piece of times remembered and something you don't want  to miss out on. A collector's dream for sure. The radio has its original cord and another cord I can only assume was used for those 32 volt DC conversions, yet, I am not absolutely sure. If you know what the other cord is/was used for, please let me know. I never used it, only the plug in. The radio is heavy, as was the case in these antique models. On top of the radio is a gauge mark, I photographed it for you to see, and there does appear to be some splattering (small, minute) of paint. Also, 4 of the wood vent pieces have lost the veneer topping. Does not distract from the beauty of this fine radio at all. See pictures. Insurance will be required on this special edition item.
