Snowflake design is cut into glass as is the seven sided handle. Notice their signature type handle/clapper treatment. Their clapper chains hang from the top of the handle and swing freely down through the handle into the bell. Clapper is a faceted crystal bead.  Acid etched "Seneca" signature on lower outside rim. About 4 1/2 inches tall. Perfect condition.   I have been an active bell collector for 37 years since I attended my first national Bell Convention in 1971.
