Co. of Fresno, CA.  This is a rather unusual bug design, with a line powered electromagnet to "weight the dots" and improve the sender's fist.  These keys were primarily marketed to land-line telegraphers, but they were also often used by radio amateurs in conjunction with a keying relay.The electromagnet, which is energised by line current, exerts an additional pull on the pendulum of the bug, insuring a solid contact, and releases the pendulum when contact is made,  making a clean break even at high keying speeds.
