Description Up for auction is a beautiful antique Zenith Model 35A console radio. It has lot of detail in the cabinet, it may have been refinished, or just kept well through time. There is the normal wear knicks and abrasions, I've tried to show some defects. The left front panel is missing fillagree in one spot as shown by picture 5. This can be remade. There are scuffs that the trained eye could grade, but I'm a radio novice and will do my best to answer specific questions! The inside is clean and I've taken pics of the specific components. The original cloth cord is there, as are 3 brass placards and a paper label. I am afraid to plug it in and destroy anything, so I'm selling as is for restoration. The dial and metal fillagree is awesome! The knobs appear to be bakelite, and the metal preset levers seem to function well. I am offering local pickup, but may deliver for mileage on a case by case basis, after full payment is recieved. You are welcome to inspect anything in person with an appointment.
