The Longest day, and shortest night. One legend holds that at twilight on Litha Eve, the door to the Middle Kingdom opens and those that seek it may come and go freely. Others say that one must rub their eyelids with fern seed at the stroke of midnight to see the fairies. What ever you believe, this is a beautiful piece. Her body is graced with vines, and her hair has the prettiest hot pink streaks in it. She is reaching for a silly little fairy in the tree which represents that all are one, even the silly. There are butterflies, lilies, and a lavender field with flowers. The final touch was the whole piece was sprinkled with strawberry and champagne shimmering body powder. I hope the scent stays with her. She is 16 X 20 but I have her on a 18 X 24 paper. She is not matted or framed. She is one of a kind and will not be printed. Also, you will pay for the shipping but I will pay for the insurance to make sure she gets to you.
