It is published by the American Radio Relay League. It is in real nice complete condition, with very minimal wear & tear to the cover. There is a name written on the cover, however. I am currently selling a large part of my magazine and book collection (all are vintage radio and electronic related)...and will be for several more weeks. Magazines include "Radio Broadcast", "Radio", "Radio World", "Popular Radio", "Radio Age", "Radio Journal", "Radio Engineering", "Radio News" and many electronics/radio supply catalogs.  Books include "Radio Girls", "Radio Boys", "Tesla", and many, many more!  Most all are pre-1930, many of the books are much older.  Please check out my other auctions!!
