Masks such as these are sometimes found in homes and shrines of the Buddhist people. These are sometimes used as Offering Bowls in Buddhist Religious Ceremonies. The outside of the shell is adorned with silver colored SKULL decorations. Several small skulls surround the outer edge of the shell. The nose, mouth, and eyes are placed in the center of the shell.
