No cord to plug in although I understand that it is not a good idea to power these up anyway. Inside protected with grill and appears complete but I do not know vintage televisions. Cabinet in okay used condition. Could use dusting and polishing. Measures 26 inches wide by 14 inches high. Very heavy for its size. Available for pick up at my shop in Baltimore Maryland.
