It measures overall approximately 29" in length by 15" wide by 3" high. It has a brass twisted rope rail. I picked this up at an estate auction. There may be some minor scratches from use. There are some light blemishes in the center that should polish out. The tray has 4 knob feet. Some tarnish may remain as is to be expected in vintage items but overall this is in excellent condition. As with all copper or brass pieces they have to be polished to keep a shiny surface.
