The medallion itself measures 1 1/2" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the medallion, and 1 1/2" around the medallion. This gorgeous necklace measures 14" long with a 3 1/2" sterling heart extension chain, thus extending the necklace out to 17 1/2", on 49 strand wire with a sterling lobster claw clasp. If needed, I will happily adjust the length at no extra charge. Your jewelry will come to you in a beautiful gift box.
