WE Telephone Booth University of Tennessee Hospital Start Price USD 300.00 Current Price USD 503.22 Time Left - Bid Count 6 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Monday, September 01, 2008 End Time Monday, September 08, 2008 Location Knoxville, TN See more about 'WE Telephone Booth University of Tennessee Hospital' Description ANTIQUE WESTERN ELECTRIC PAY TELEPHONE BOOTH FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE HOSPITAL Up for bids is 1950-1960's Western Electric pay telephone booth.  This phone booth was removed from the University of Tennessee Hospital when they remodeled over 20 years ago.  The outside of the booth is light, kind of like a honey oak.  The interior of the booth is a brownish color, made of metal, has a seat, a small area for writing, and mounting plate for a pay phone (which is not included).  The door is intact and opens and closes well.  The size of the booth is approx. 30" x 30" x 7'.  The light and fan worked when it was removed.  Two sides of the booth are not finished, due to the phone booth being between two walls.   The reason that we are selling this is because I purchased one, and got another one as a Christmas gift.  Obviously, I don't need two of them.  This phone booth is really nice and also in great shape.  Booth doesn't need to be refinished, it's ready to be installed!
