This radio is in nice, unmodified condition. Instead of a "cat whisker" detector it has a "Perikon" detector that uses two minerals touching. The original instructions are attached to the inside of the lid and are in perfect condition. I have not tried to operate this radio since I do not have suitable headphones. This is a nice, clean, unmodified radio but since it is vintage it is being sold AS IS. I have described this item as honestly and accurately as possible. Please email any questions.
