This particular radio has had a complete and correct restoration. The cabinet has been grain filled, lacquer toned (not stained), 15 coats of the finest lacquer applied with hand sanding between coats, then final sanding and hand rubbed for a beautiful and factory appearing finish. The original grille cloth has been replaced with an exact reproduction. The chassis has been completely gone through with all new capacitors and fine tuned for maximum selectivity and sound. I live in an area with poor reception and can normally receive only 3 or 4 standard broadcast stations. With this radio, using only the built-in antenna. I received 9 stations loud and clear. The radio has exceptional sound quality and selectivity.If you are looking for a special radio for your collection this is it.Note: The pictures do not do justice to this radio.
